No Customer service skills. Picked vehicle up weeks late. When contacted, given every excuse. Rate initially quoted was less than the rest, but in the end they raised their rate to an amount that was higher than the rest. Then delivered the vehicle without notice with damages. They claimed that the vehicle was received that way. But even the pictures that they had did not show the damage that it had when it was delivered. The mirror was actually missing when delivered. The person who delivered was rude and did not speak English. I was forced to call the police due to the drivers attitude and actions. Was advised by owner that they do not prepare reports at pickup unless the person sending requests. Pictures from pickup do not match the condition delivered. Very very poor service. In the picture, no the mirror is not tinted. The glass is completely out!! Service was pitiful. I would do -1 stars, but it would not allow me to.
