Review Description
My worst nightmare. Hired this terrible firm and paid the full shipping fee up front. When it was time to pick up my auto they indicated that they were having problems and transportation would be arranged "ASAP". After two weeks of calls I sent an email to them expressing my anger which was responded to with a notice that my cancelation was being processed and I would receive a refund in 8 to 10 days. Well thank you!!! Had to search out another transport company, pay 50 percent more to ship my car home and hope that the refund is issued.
