I have shipped many cars in my lifetime, and I have finally found someone (Mario IS the MAN) who knows how to get it done, on time, with GREAT communication and action. The pickup of my vehicle was 3 days later than promised. They refused to take the vehicle unless my wife agreed to pay an additional $200.
When the vehicle arrived at the destination, the windshield was destroyed! ZBest does not return phone calls. The carrier refuses to accept liability stating it happened in a hail storm. DO Read more ....
