THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! This was the worst experience ever! I spoke with a salesman about reserving a date for my car to be picked up. I had called a few other company's as well and decided to go with this one. I spoke with salesman Lane and he promised that he would personally make sure my car was taken care of. I informed them I had had a bad experience with a broker in the past, and he assured me that my car would be safe. He would personally see to it. Of course once they had my deposit they were extremely rude and not helpful. My car was less then a year old and on the high end. I asked if I could buy a cover and I was told it was not allowed. When I received my car back it didn't even look like the same car! Thousands in damage!!!!! I actually thought they stripped it and replaced it with older parts. It was not delivered to the address it was supposed to be and I had to go pick it up. I was told the only time it was available for pick up was in the dark, or it would be another week before I cools get it. I realize this was so the damage was less noticeable. I have called Webster Relocation many times and emailed them with no response. I will be taking them to court. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND HAS NO SCRUPLES!!!
