I have gotten both good news and very bad news from these guys on multiple occasions but they have never forced repairs on me and have even been honest about things that could wait and could allow me to have more time to prep before forking over the money necessary to make some of those bigger and more expensive repairs.

Took about 24 hrs to find out if the dispatcher can pick up my car. No returning of calls and you have to keep calling them to find out exactly what is going on. My car was shipped from San Francisco to Durham, NC and it arrived 2 days earlier that anticipated. When I told the driver I was not available in Durham until 2 days later (the assigned arrival date), they were amenable to changes and did hold my car. This is an excellent company, they moved a car for me from san jose california to dallas texas, they were right on time picking up and delivered the car earlier than promised, with no damage.
