Win Min review for Viking Auto Transport

Review Description

Took about 24 hrs to find out if the dispatcher can pick up my car. No returning of calls and you have to keep calling them to find out exactly what is going on. Not very honest or at least open about how they are going to transport the car. They tow your car for about 40-50 miles, not on a flat bed, but dragging it rather than using the haulers to pick it up. Was not stated or gave heads up that they will be doing it. One day of my time wasted waiting for their pick up and showed up next night. Offering $30 credit to give five stars, not a chance. Customers feel free to contact me for honest opinion.
