Review Description

After giving me a 2 day window to pick up the car, the guys didn't show up even on 3rd business day, and furthermore, even at that point this guy Tony was not apologetic, and said nothing is guaranteed. I cancelled my order, and in the last 2 months I have sent them numerous reminders for the refund of my $110 advance, and each time Tony says he has notified the accounting department. As if they are a multi-billion $ conglomerate which has 1,000s of people and 100's of department. I have filed a complaint with BBB, and still waiting for a resolution. All their claims in other reviews that they don't run away with money are FALSE, they are really in the business of stealing money. DO NOT fall for their competitive rates, you won't get them, and they would just hope at some point you will stop chasing them for the refund of your advance.
