I am living in the US and moving to Hong kong and needs a company to ship my stuff. I have contacted this company because it has an office located in the city I live. I emailed and called several times to schedule an estimate, and was promised that some one would contact me. But they never did. Your ad says that the request will be reponded within 24 hours. Well, please don't promise something that you won't deliver. Don't get people's hope up if you cannot do it.
