I had no transport show for three vehicles. Rep lied and never had a carrier assigned. Had to drive one vehicle myself at last minute over 1500 miles. They tried to say it was the rep. The supervisor Mary said she would put her best rep on the remaining load of two vehicles. Never received a quote! Worst lack of Read more ....

Did business with United as Autolog. Delivered car damaged with $1700 of repairs. After runaround for 45 days, received check for $500 saying that is the limit of their liability and additional insurance was avaialble. As a 9 year customer I was never told about addtional insurance and I think I should have been. Will never use them aain. Read more ....

this company looted my vehicle..they stole all my personal items and car arrived scratched and window damaged. i wish I had read all the negative reviews about them before using them. they go by a variety of different names including Alaska transport and autolog as well as united road transport. My car was picked up one day earlier than quoted by broker, which was fine with me. Driver called, give his cell number. I was able to communicate with him about time duration on the trip. Driver had a break down,which prevented the earlier arrival. Driver called to inform me of break down, and gave me a new estimated time Read more ....

This was an all over bad experience. They tell you it could take "up to 7 BUSINESS days" for the car to be picked up. Well, 7 business days was actually 12 days which was a lot longer than I anticipated. Well, on the 7th business day they started getting really rude. They would put me on hold for 55 Read more ....

I have been using united roads for over 3 years now. They move all of our vehicles. Barbara, Barbie and Thomas are all top notch. Transport was quick and efficient of an expensive vehicle. Really appreciate the low cost and wonderful sevice. Driver was very professional. No damage to vehicle at all.
