Review Description
This was an all over bad experience. They tell you it could take "up to 7 BUSINESS days" for the car to be picked up. Well, 7 business days was actually 12 days which was a lot longer than I anticipated. Well, on the 7th business day they started getting really rude. They would put me on hold for 55 minutes and I called from another phone and was told after they picked up after 12 minutes that the person in charge of my order had put me on hold and went home. Awesome! Anyhow, 14 business days later they had someone call 30 minutes before arriving (after being told that they would call 24 hours in advance) to us they were on their way. Well, they showed up and were unable to fit my FJ Cruiser on their car bc it was too big. Go figure a car shipping company wouldn't know what a certain car was and to not look it up or ask any questions about something you don't know about was crazy. No. Basically they just wanted my $850 no matter what. So here it is the 22nd of August and the order was placed on the 5th and now they tell me they have to start this process over in finding a rare three car hauler to pick up my car. And when asked about everything, they don't even have any care that they have ruined our travel plans. They say they will call you back and never do (this has happened numerous times). I just can't believe I am having this much trouble with such a popular company. I only went with this more expensive company bc they said that this route was such a common route and would be no problem picking it up in or before 7 days and delivering it in or before 6 days. I should be getting my car around tomorrow if this hadn't happened but I am still stuck wondering when I will get it. Now I am in the process of trying to get a refund and flying to New York to get it and taking the 1,400 mile drive myself. That's how mad I am at this company. Go with another company. Don't even risk having this experience!!
