Review Description
UFirst has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Save yourself $100 and book directly with a transport company because they are just brokers. Don't believe it when they say door to door because it's a lie, I had to drive my car over 100 miles to be picked up. Book direct with a transport company to save yourself the money and the headache, worst company ever you should avoid UFirst at all costs.
