Review Description

They are liars and cheaters! They guaranteed my car would be picked up during the window I gave them prior to the signing the contract. After signing the contract my contact person, Xavier, still guaranteed my car would be picked up during the window I gave him. The day before I call him to make sure everything is good and he asked me "what is the best window I can give him?" All that after he kept guaranteeing me that my car would be picked up in the window i had given him prior to signing the contract. After asking me that he still kept saying it would be picked up in that time. The day of the pick up no one comes or calls to pick up the car. I called him a few times and he was not picking up my calls. He ultimately picked it up and still kept promising that a driver was going to pick up my car. No driver called or came to pick up my car. The next day I called and texted him asking for him to call me back or tell me anything about what was happening but nothing. He did not pick up any of my calls, did not respond to my texts or emails or anything!! I call up their office and no one picks up the call, probably cause they know its me calling. In the end I used a different company to get my car shipped and am hoping they would not be cheats like these guys are. STAY AWAY!!!! LIARS AND CHEATS!!! They did not even refund me the $100 they took in advance. I filed a dispute on that through my credit card company. That should go through as this CHEAT company did not abide by their own contract.
