I contracted on June 25th and receved an email stating they would notify me when I had a pickup date and time for my vehicle. A week passed with NO communication so I had to email them to follow up on my order! I received an email stating that it should happen in a week. Another week passed by and nothing. Not a single email or phone call. I again emailed Robbie at trusty transport but this time NO reply. I waited a couple of more days and emailed a cancellation notice cancelling the order. I contracted another shipping company and paid a deposit in 2 days a truck was assigned and I was in touch with the driver. I called the seller and he advised me that the vehicle was already picked up!! Trusty Transport had my vehicle picked up and I was not even notfied that they did. I had to cancel the other order because there was no vehicle to pick up and was charged a non refundable deposit!!!! I have emailed them sevreal times the past 2 days still NO replies. I will be contacting the better business bureau to report them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
