Review Description

Driver did a good, careful job and car arrived late but safely. This is my first experience with an auto transport and was led to believe it would be quick and easy. What happened though was that the driver had multiple stops in CA and multiple, ever-changing stops along the way. This caused him to plan on delivery first on Tuesday, then Wednesday afternoon, then maybe Wednesday evening, then ultimately on Thursday! This makes for difficult planning to receive the car. This all was complicated by the fact that I never heard any updates from the dispatcher, only my sporadic calls directly with the driver. Dispatcher: THIS IS YOUR JOB! KEEP YOUR CLIENTS INFORMED OF DELIVERY SCHEDULE CHANGES! I would suggest you try a different trucking company for your transport, if delivery time and communication are important to you.
