Review Description

Staff is nice, but to be honest I was never clarified of the dates. I was contacted by one of the guys and he knew the date I needed the car to be picked up and said earliest they had pick it up was day after that, which was cool. Sent me 2 contracts with no pick up date, when I called to see if the driver would pick up that car day I expected, dispatcher told me it was scheduled for a week later. If I was not in a rush I would of been fine with that no buggy but they changed the date on me with out telling me and then the management called me Allan to tell me they listened to my call and said dates of pick up were told to me but really they were not. If I could post a picture of both contracts I would and show that the date was not on it. I am now waiting on half of my deposit. We will see how long that will take.
