Review Description

On March 12th 2014 I contracted with Transauto Transport to have an auto delivered from NC to SD, I paid the deposit with my debit card with the remainder to be paid upon delivery. The auto was to be picked up on March 18th or 19th and delivered between March 24th-27th. After 3 scheduled pickups were missed with no show, no call or cancellations and many phone calls to the owner Allan R., who asked for more time twice, i asked for a refund on April 14th. The employee said he would send a memo to accounting, never received the refund. After several calls and voice mails to Allan, on April 19th he called and said i would be receiving an email receipt and refund within a few days. As of June 8th i still have not received an email receipt or refund! No calls or communication either.
