Buyers beware! I hired TransAuto Transporters early March to ship my 2011 Town Car from NY to TX. This is bought for business so there was an urgency. I orginally spoke with Dino (an agent) and I informed him of my situation and we come to a price of $850 total with a $100 deposit (or brokers fee). Dino promised me the car would be picked up Sunday or Monday. I live in Texas so I can't physically check if the car is still on the lot or not. On Tuesday, I called the dealership and they said no one was called or picked up the car. Furious, I called Dino: no luck. Strait to voice mail all day. And they already charged my card the $100. Next day I called the main 1-800 line. Spoke with a manager, Allen, he apologized for the hassle and completely assured me my car would be picked up the following day at the latest. Of course, nothing happened. I tried calling Allen back and now his phone is going strait to voice mail for days. In the end, I went with another carrier and they were awesome. Do not trust this company or give them your credit card number! They will scam you. I'm glad I used a credit card and disputed the charge.
