Review Description

My experience with Town and Country Auto Transport was unacceptable. At first they sounded professional and eager to help but that was not the case. I ended up talking to about 5 different people who had different positions in the company in order to get a start with moving my car. 3 of the 5 people i spoke to were very incompetent and did not have a clue what they were talking about. For almost 2 months they would "beat around the bush" with me and tell me that they would have a carrier for my car by the end of the week or early next week. This never happened. The only reason why i talked to so many people was because everyone was difficult to get a hold of and everytime i called, which was pretty much everyday, they would never return my phone calls. They never actively called me I always had to get in touch with them to find out what was going on. This went on for about a month and a half.
