Overall my knowledge with this company was very good. What made this process so pleasant and easy and effortless was my customer service salesperson Maria. She was enormous! I believe she really cared about my situation; she made it very clear that I could call her if I ever had any questions or concerns (which I did far too often b/c I had no thought what I was doing). And she couldn't have been friendlier! She always took the time for me and called me back very punctually if she didn't know something off hand (which hardly ever happened). She was totally the most helpful salesperson I have always had.
