I would like to thank billy due to his constant followups and helping me out on a personal level. I felt that he committed to my order as business SHOULD. I did not have the need to talk to multiple persons to get what I needed. He was always there to answer questions and grab anything I needed. No talking to this person for this and that person for that! That's the best part of my transaction. I feel that this is the way a business should be ran as that was very effective and caused no delays or confusion.
