See my extensive review at: www.transportreviews.com Long story short, the rep I worked with was completely incommunicative and never returned phone calls or emails after mis-scheduling the pickup date. Still have not heard back from them after cancelling the deposit with my credit card company and emailing/ calling them to tell them I want to cancel my order
