Review Description

This company is probably fine for transporting ten (10) or fewer passengers, but they apparently do not have fleet which would accommodate groups larger than that. I initially thought that the driver was trying to up his own revenue, so requested a different driver for a second appointment. I later discovered their real challenge was their limited fleet. Therefore, I recommend that, until appropriate fleet expansion has been achieved, TLC Transportation should either: a) decline reservations for groups larger than ten (11+), b) work with a partner service to temporarily accommodate requirements, or c) refer reservations for larger groups to another company
