Review Description

I had called and left messages to cancel order twice, because they never answer the phone. Then I got a call 2 days later and they said they had a driver, I told them I did not need their sevices. 4 days later they send me an e-mail in the late afternoon stating that they have someone picking up my truck the next day, and they charged me $195.00.no other previous communication. I called the next day, and they replied that they were going to refund my money that day. They have not, and have not heard from them since.
