Review Description
Contacted Stateway to ship my husbands vehicle from NY to NC. Was given 1-10 window for pickup and needless to say I'm still waiting with no response from Stateway! I've left numerous messages as well tried to call as if I'm getting a new quote (new customer) and still nothing but voicemail. They've already charged our credit card and I will be filing a dispute with my cc company in regard to this matter! I do advise anyone wanting to ship their vehicle to stay clear of this company and I'm sure the positive postings aren't from real customers experience. Beware!
