Review Description

On December 22, 2011, I entered into contract with State2State to transport my car from FL to CT four months later, specifically on any day of their choice April 23-27, 2012. The pick-up was never made despite daily reminders and queries by phone and e-mail. State2State's written explanation on the last pick-up date was "unfortunately the carrier's (sic) haven't fulfilled a full load as of yet." In other words, since this small company - officially listed with 1-4 employees - obviously didn't have enough orders, the trip wasn't worth their while, and they decided to unilaterally cancel our contract, something that created significant problems for me. I must therefore rate State2State a company that can NOT be trusted and that I in no way whatsoever want to recommend.
