Review Description
Stay away if possible from using the shipper STI for any of your delieveries. During a recent delivery the 3 drivers gauged a brand new deck when moving a hot tub in place after paying an additional fee for white glove service. When trying to work out a claim with the companies insurance broker (Zurich) there was not flexibilty. I would hate to see this happen to anyone else so check the company who is delivering your product and STAY AWAY FROM USING STI (SPECIALIZED TRANSPORTATION INC)
