no name review for South Beach Transport

Review Description

I talked to SBT 2 weeks ago about a quote I sent out and talked to Robert on the phone, after lessening to him I said if I want to do business and choose them ill call you. Well after 2 days of research I went with a different company that had a better rating and better reviews on the internet then they did (I’m glad I went with the other guy). The day on my ready date SBT WOULDN'T stop calling me about it. I told them who I went with and they told me that they didn’t have good reviews, they were scammers just to get your money and to do business with them and they could get me a truck tomorrow. He made me feel like an idiot and I didn’t know what I was doing. The next day he called again, I ignored his call and then left me 3 text messages still telling me not to do business with them and they couldn't find a truck for me (they did, for cheaper then SBT quoted me for and on the next day too). A hour after I talked to the truck driver to arrange a time and a place for him to pick up my vehicle HE CALL AGAIN, but blocks his number, I thought it was the truck driver again so it pick up... it was him AGAIN telling me that they see they haven't found a drive yet. I said they did and I just got done talking to him he said which one and before he could finish his sentence I hung up my phone so he wouldn't call me an idiot again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SBT, THEY ARE A VERY HARRASIVE COMPANY I UNDERSTAND BUISNESS IS BUISNESS BUT WHEN SOMEONE SAYS NO IT MEANS "NO" LIKE I DONT WANT TO TALK TO YOU AND I DON’T WONT TO DO BUISNESS. DON’T LEAVE YOUR EMAIL OR PHONE BECAUSE THEY WILL BLOW IT UP AFTER YOU GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE.
