Review Description

Arrangements were made for a car pick-up via a dispatch company and Snowbird Express took the job. I was notified by the dispatch company (an efficient company that is not part of Snowbird Express) that the driver would show-up within 24 hours and call 12 hours ahead to make arrangements. The driver never called within the required time so the dispatcher called him. The driver said he was 35 miles from pick-up point but had to get another car first......he then put the blame on his wife for not calling 12 hours ahead as he claimed it was her job to do so. Two more hours went by and the driver had still not called the pick-up conntact so the dispatch company called him again.....the driver then stated that he had already left the pick-up area and decided not to pick-up the car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......after he agreed 24 hours earlier to take the job!
