Thanks for the e-mail message. I would like to tell you directly about the recent transportation. Initially, I was a little apprehensive with the logistics as to whom was going to load the car onto the truck, scratches etc. I was surprised when the seller contacted me to inform that “two very nice people” had already loaded the vehicle. Additionally and to my surprise, just a few days later I received a phone call from the drivers informing me that they would make the delivery a one-day early than the date we had agreed upon – this was good news to me. When the car arrived, the drivers were extremely friendly and were very sensitive to the fact that the 43 year-old vehicles needed a boost. They provided me with all the help I needed to replace the battery. Actually, driver was giving me some tips how the car behaved during loading and how I should proceed with it until I drove it home safely. I was very grateful to Showroom Transport.
