Review Description
This was a horrible experience from very beginning. Sales guy, Phil, never provided accurate info. in the quotes ... had several quotes listing details but not ONE quote listing ALL details. Driver picked up 12 hours LATE. Arrived VERY LATE on delivery. TY has ZERO customer service skills. He threatened to cancel our order the day of pick up also. It seems that is his 'go to' customer service. LUCKILY our RV arrived in one piece. They gave our RV to 'a guy' with a 3/4 ton truck! NOTHING professional about this company or the people working for them. We will NEVER use or recommend this company.
