Review Description
A year ago we trusted Showroom Transport to move my husband's classic car from California to Oregon. The roof of the car was damaged by the car hauler (a subcontractor of Showroom Transport). When we sent the pictures of the damage to Ty, he confirmed immediately that the damage was caused by the car hauler and had us obtain a quote for repairs from a body shop, but his customer service ended there. He refused to take the proper course of action through his insurance, told us several times that he would send us reimbursement for the damages, which he never did, tried to pass the responsibility by putting us in contact with his subcontractor, who likewise would not take action on our claim. Ty has been completely unprofessional in dealing with this matter and after a year of unproductive phone calls and emails that go unanswered, we are preparing to take Showroom Transport to court. Be warned: SHOWROOM TRANSPORT DOES NOT PROVIDE SAFE TRANSPORT, and IF YOUR VEHICLE IS DAMAGED, YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED!
