Review Description
Agent kept in touch and was courteous. My only issue is the transport scheduling piece. I have shipped my car quite a few times and have always found out within a day or 2 when a transport would be available. This time I found out about a week later and it was the day of pickup. Maybe that is normal for ship a car direct but has never been my experience.
