We had never used a car transport outfit before this experience. Jennifer provided a ton of information for us to review in order to help us make a decision on the carrier we would feel most comfortable with. We decided on Thursday that we would use Safe Direct and by the following Tuesday night - my car was on the road home. Sunday night the driver called to let us know he could drop our car just outside our sub-division. No scratches or damage of any kind. The driver was very friendly and we are happy customers. We would definitely use Safe Direct Car Shipping again.
