A review for Shank Bros Auto Transport LLC

Review Description

We just used Shank Bros. for the first time to transport our car from NY to FL for the winter. We were very pleased with the service. We chose to drop off our car at their terminal, so we have no pick up experience at this time. However, we were delighted that it was waiting for delivery to us upon arrival at our destination. We had even accelerated our departure after making the original reservation, so they obviously accommodated our new schedule. John patiently answered all my questions when I first called. Driver Mark was very professional and polite. This experience was especially refreshing since we had two troublesome trips last year with two different companies. We will use Shank Bros. again in the spring, and recommend them to anyone considering vehicle transportation. Thank you to all at Shank Bros.
