Review Description
Before accepting delivery, signing for and paying for your vehicle from Shank Bros Auto Transport, I strongly urge you to wash/clean your vehicle thoroughly so you can properly inspect the exterior of your vehicle for damage. In my case, the vehicle was dirty and the Bill of Lading DID NOT document the damage that I found after the vehicle was cleaned. After contacting Shank Bros about the damage, I was told since I signed paperwork, they are not responsible. Extremely dishonest
