overall my experience with Sawgrass Auto Transport was horrible and i had like to warn anyone considering using their services. the carrier is very dishonest, poorly organized and not informative. there is no customer service you could rely on. and worst of all apparently (at least) one of the drivers is very sloppy (i had had time trying to understand how it was possible to do so much damage to my car
