Rock Bottom Auto Transport has been on two occasions the best experience imaginable. We will use this company over and over in addition to referring them over and over. My young daughter has been in some very challenging times and I never dreamed I could get a trucking company to show such incredible compassion and go way above the call of duty when it came to shipping her car across the country not once but twice! Michael even called the airport security and parking supervisor and made sure that my daughter was safe with her babies at such an early hour but also that her car was safe and could be parked safely until a driver could be there to pick it up. He has followed up with me by phone to be sure she arrived in So. Ca at the airport as well. He has been amazing and I believe this is who this man is...just a simple honest caring business man that treats people the way he wants to be treated. Hooray Michael! You are 24 karat gold in my book!! :)
