The driver who picked up our car and delivered it to us was exceptional. The car is a sports car and was low to the ground. These guys must have turned it around . Had great communication the whole way through. This company nearly backed our Telsa S off of the truck bed when delivering and ground the two passenger side rims, all the way around, on the wheel well of their trailer. Right in front of us. Worst car transport experience ever. (and have shipped cars in and out of Alaska more than a few time). My car still hasn't even been put on ground transport out of Tacoma, and is already 10 days overdue.

I was specifically told by Roadrunner Transport that I could pack 300 pounds of household goods in my car free of charge. After the fact, I was charged $199 for this cargo.
