Review Description
My car was transported via Reindeer for a job-related move. I received the car with dense and deep pockmarks throughout the front end. It went from looking new to looking abused. Reindeer refused to cover repairs, stating that their policy counts this as minor wear from transportation on an open trailer, saying that the damage was bug debris. I want to make it very clear that it was not. Bug debris does not leave hundreds of approximately 1cm wide pockmarks throughout the bumper, paint chips, or several inch long scratches on the hood.
