Review Description
When I dropped my car off at Whiteys in Hartford, there was no one to perform the mandatory vehicle inspection and with a flight to catch that evening, I did not have the luxury of waiting around. When my car was delivered to me 12 days later, it was extremely dirty and covered a few blemishes. Multiple calls and emails to Reindeer Auto from the very day of delivery through the following week went unanswered, until the corporate relocation coordinator got involved. Clearly the "real.personal.service" was not working after delivery. Thereafter, on request, I provided multiple photographs and estimate for the damage, after which the claim was reviewed and denied as pre existing damage and untimely notification.
