Review Description
The driver damaged a side mirror on my husband's Mercedes G500. He stuck it back on using adhesive to hide the damage. The adhesive failed after about a week and a half. They refused to cover the replacement mirror b/c the damage was not reported at the time of delivery. It seemed lost on them that the driver's dishonesty was the reason we were unable to report the damage in a timely manner. There is actually a hand print across the broken mirror where the driver pressed it against the adhesive. My husband's company hired them to move our vehicles across the country. From the looks of tje teviews, i guess we are lucky that the side mirror is the only damage we sustained. I will never use them personally and will, of course, let the company know about the poor service and dishonesty.

Rebuttal : In response to a customer that thinks reindeer is responsible in any way or the driver that was contracted was responsible for damage.People need to understand that the reason of a condition report is to relieve responsibility to all parties,this is standard to even the new car dealers that get cars shipped.Its possible that it was damaged prior as far back as the original transport from factory.Could you imagine if we had to be responsible for anything that you did not know about.So with that being said i contract with every broker out there and reindeer is on of the best.D
