Review Description
Do not use Reindeer Auto Relocation!! They broke my car, rendered it undriveable and then simply shrugged their shoulders and denied my claim for compensation. There are plenty of other auto relocation specialists out there, you might pay a little more, but when handling a $20,000 car, its worth it.

Title : Quality Care Manager
Rebuttal : There is no confirmation from a mechanic that the problem with the gear box was a result of the transport. We spoke with 2 mechanics at your request, and neither of them could say that the issue is transit related. The vehicle is 12 years old and has 125,000 miles on it, mechanical issues are to be expected at this point, and in this case did not arise out of anything the motor carrier did wrong. The Kelley Blue Book value of this vehicle is less than 4,100.
