Review Description

The only reason they received 2 stars was because my cars arrived intact. The female dispatcher hated her job and was very nasty every time we spoke. When I booked thru my moving company, they told me there was be a deposit taken out the next day. It came out the same day and I put a fraud alert on my card and it was cancelled which added to the hassle. Then they shipped my cars early and I had to have them stored for a day which increased my costs. I found out that they are the broker that gets the deals, gets paid but gets another company to do the actual transport. When I called to see if they could pay the storage costs since I told them the first available day that I could receive my cars I did not get a response. I would not ever use them again.
