Review Description

I was disappointed in the fact that i never heard from anyone until 12 days after I paid for my car to be picked up. They finally found someone to pick up my car in 3 more days but it would cost more than my quote. I agreed to pay extra but was not happy about it. The car was delivered as promised. Then, I complained about the additional charge above the agreed to quoted price expectring nothing. To my surprise I am being reimbured the extra charges! Obviously, the management team is very customer oriented.
