Review Description

My overall experience with Red Carpet was poor. I spoke with 4 different people and got a different answer from each. The original quote was $730, but when I called back it magically jumped to $780 then the next call was $790 and finally it was dispatched at $900 (without my approval). They claimed that they would call me to "approve" the dispatch at a higher price, but that didn't happen. They missed one driver that wanted to transport it (due to their inefficient process) and it was 3 days before another driver could pick it up (and at a higher cost). After my poor experience, I submitted a negative review to TransportReviews.com. Red Carpet Auto then lied to that website claiming I was never a customer to get my review taken down. I had to provide my invoice to TransportReviews.com to get it reinstated.
