I normally do not take the time to write reviews, however I do hope this will stop what happened to me from happening to others. I signed a contract with Protected Auto Carriers based on their advertisement of honesty, professionalism and the fact that they were a bonded and insured company. My car was delivered to me missing a mobile GPS device and the quote that I was quoted was not honered. I ended up paying an additional $150.00 over the cost of the quote. The driver would not deliver my car to me without my paying the $150.00 over the amount that I was orginally supposed to give to him. I have called the company several times and each time I was promised that a refund would be credited to my credit card. That was over 2 weeks ago. Now the company does not answer my calls or return calls. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTERVIEW SERIOUSLY if you are looking to the problems that I encountered.
