Review Description
I am very surprised and upset that this happened! I have been talking to Evans Pierre @ ext. 304 for several weeks regarding picking up my car on May 1st between 1 and 4 pm. He seemed nice and picked up every time I called until the day the car was confirmed to be picked up:( I made it very clear to him several times that my husband and I purchased two tickets coming into Fla on Monday April 30th and leaving Tuesday May 1st @ 7:25 pm (which I have proof of) so we could oversee everything and meet the driver and take pics of the car and driver as Mr Pierre requested. On Tues. May 1st I made several calls (which I can prove) and left several messages and NO ONE CALLED BACK. I even tried the sales ext. and spoke to Chris who told me Evans was very busy and would call me back but never did. Why did he do this to me and not even call back to explain what happened? I tried calling again today for some type of reason why this happened and was given the cold shoulder. So I am done. I have to start all over and spend more money on my rental car and more money on tickets when this could of been avoided if Mr Pierre was honest with me in the first place. I even had to go as far as calling him from a different number (my husbands) to find out if he was coming or not yesterday (May 1st). Guess what? He answered surprise surprise and still promised my husband everything was fine...he was on the other line with our driver and told my husband not to worry he promises our car would be picked up as promised. Guess what? We are back in Mass and our car is still in our driveway in Fla. Why did they do this to us? Noone from that company will return my calls to explain. Now I am scared to try someone else and have this happen again:( He destroyed all my faith in transporting.I do not know what to do now:( If someone called me from the company and explained what happened at least I could have closure.
