I was a small concerned at the beginning as it took more than a week to schedule the pick up. However, both the staff at expert and the transport company were very professional and provided regular updates. The vehicle was delivered 4 days after Christmas, while a day or two late, that wasn't an issue for me. The car had been washed clean before release. The price was very high-quality, particularly considering the gasoline rebate program. I wouldn't hesitate to use once more.
