Review Description
I needed to move my Ford Ranger from California to Minnesota and had been researching auto shippers, brokers, and the ins and outs of the transport industry for almost a month. I was not at all impressed with what I had found. I read too many horror stories and negative reviews about people having to wait for weeks to get their vehicle picked up and delivered or companies never even showing up after you'd paid them a hefty deposit. I would find a company with a beautiful website plastered with awesome reviews, then dig a little deeper only to discover 200 complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau. I was afraid I was going to have to fly out and drive the 2000 miles myself when I was referred to Bill Morden at Plymouth Auto Transport, and told that "we've worked with him before and he's a good guy." Well, the referral was inaccurate. Bill is way more than just a good guy. From the get go he was honest, informative, and just real nice to talk with. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything or scam me in anyway. He explained a bit about how the industry works, and then sent me a basic service agreement to read and sign. I looked at the document over the weekend, and after deciding that everything checked out, I signed and returned it along with a few additional questions. Again, Bill addressed each of my questions in a straightforward and friendly manner. No sooner had I read my email that the phone rang, and it was Bill calling to tell me he'd found a carrier who could pickup my truck that very day! I was shocked!! Did I mention that he also came in UNDER my budget and didn't take a dime of his fee until my truck was on the way? I highly recommend that anybody who needs to move a vehicle and wants someone who is trustworthy and pleasant to work with, to let Bill at Plymouth Auto Transport take care of it.
