Review Description

Long story short, I booked with another company a month in advance. They never called me. I called them the day before shipping and they stated that the driver cancelled! By that time, I had already given them 100 dollars as a required down payment. I haven't heard from them since and its been 10 days! I called Pettit autotransporters and Mike immediately got me a driver. He worked with me on the price and offered me the same quote as the other company I had gone with before. It was great because he didn't lie to me and was honest. Also, considering the fact that my car was being shipped so far, I thought I wouldn't find anybody to help me but Mike saved my life! He understood that I was a college student and that I couldn't afford any extra fees. He even waved his commission in order to bring down my total since I was in a bind and had already lost money to another company. A lot of people are out to get your money but Pettit transporters is out to help people and do good business. My car was shipped the day after and arrived in Maine in less than a week! Thanks Mike!
